Our Method

A personalized integrative approach

You’ll learn body awareness, more efficient movement patterns, and personalized exercises during your private, one-on-one sessions. For those individuals with scoliosis we combine these techniques with scoliosis specific exercises based on the Schroth Method to moderate spinal curve progression.

Together we’ll discover the postural and movement habits that create and sustain your pain and dysfunction and develop a strategy for recovery plan. Frequently, we’ll incorporate manual therapy to improve mobility and speed your process.

In our experience, this approach is the best way to reduce pain and tissue strain, improve function, and prevent further degeneration and future injuries.

Our Goal

Maximizing Your Function

Successful physical therapy is always a partnership. We’ll listen closely to your story and utilize your perceptions and past experiences as we develop a plan together. Through education and skill development, you’ll acquire the tools you need to independently manage your musculoskeletal health. We hope your experience with us provides the ability to lead a life that is as pain-free as possible whether you enjoy outdoor recreation, sports, or simply want to be more comfortable in your daily life.
